Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg nursing experience
• Proven proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
• Strong knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and documentation standards
• Ability to respond effectively in rapidly changing clinical situations
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform detailed assessments, implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
