Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and vital signs
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Educate patients and families on procedures, post-hospital care, and wellness strategies
• Adhere to all hospital policies and compliance standards
