Schedule/Hours:

• Nights (7pm–7am; alternating weekends)
• 8 week assignment

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Prior Med Surg nursing experience
• Active BLS certification
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Permanent home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Ability to manage a 6:1 patient ratio
• Complete application including all requirements (submissions without full requirements cannot be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to Med Surg patients across diverse needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document and update patient records using Cerner EMR
• Provide patient education on procedures, medications, and care plans
• Respond to patient changes and emergencies with sound clinical judgment during overnight shifts
