Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • At least one year of recent acute care Med Surg experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to hospitalized adults with a range of medical and surgical conditions
  • Conduct ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and manage IVs
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care plans
  • Document clinical findings, interventions, and patient outcomes clearly and efficiently in electronic health records
  • Support patients and their families by delivering information, education, and compassion throughout the hospital stay
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to infection control and hospital policies
