Step into a dynamic nursing environment dedicated to supporting patients across multiple Med/Surg units. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in medical-surgical settings, especially those who thrive in fast-paced float pool roles. The assignment involves working alongside talented professionals and serving a varied patient population aged 18 years and older.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
  • Unit creates the schedule for optimal flexibility
  • Weekend shifts are required

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (required at submission)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg nursing
  • Prior travel nursing experience is essential
  • Ability to float across 5 Med/Surg units and to the ER as needed
  • Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
  • Comfortable with staff-to-patient ratios of 1:1-6
  • Navy scrubs
