Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Franklin, Tennessee

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment. This contract opportunity involves working as a float pool nurse, supporting up to five adult Medical/Surgical units and the Emergency Room as needed. Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts required
• Unit-controlled scheduling
• Orientation dates: 5/11 or 5/18

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee or compact RN license must be on file at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg settings
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Comfortable floating between five Med/Surg units and occasionally to the ER
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR is a plus
• Able to care for adult patient populations (ages 18+)
• Professionalism and flexibility adapting to a variety of units and shifting responsibilities
