Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) in Galesburg, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical experience
• Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication abilities with both patients and healthcare colleagues
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving patient needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical diagnoses
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other RN team members to promote optimal patient outcomes

$2,009 - $2,125/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
