Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a medical-surgical setting
• BLS certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care on the medical-surgical floor, including monitoring, assessment, documentation, and administration of medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions
• Identify changes in patient status and intervene appropriately, employing evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and timely charting and uphold all regulatory standards for patient safety
• Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team dynamic

$1,748 - $1,912/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
