Key Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) setting
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond quickly to patient needs
• Proficient in electronic health records and comprehensive documentation
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Current BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult patient population with various acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and perform routine nursing procedures
• Support physicians with examinations, interventions, and care planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health management
• Ensure a safe and supportive hospital environment by following best practices and established protocols
• Effectively manage multiple priorities during each shift in a dynamic med-surg unit
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
