Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced patient care settings
• BLS certification (additional certifications may be beneficial)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Med Surg unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
• Document comprehensive assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and ongoing care
