Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active RN license
• Previous experience in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to adult patients with diverse diagnoses
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans according to individual needs
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and accurately document interventions
• Work collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, standards, and best practices

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
