Qualifications:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Recent experience in a Med-Surg hospital setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and electronic health record systems
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
• BLS certification (additional certifications valued)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients in a Med-Surg unit, addressing a wide range of medical conditions
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, implementing timely interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families for comprehensive care planning
• Accurately document all patient interactions and care delivered

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
