Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effects and reactions
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, care procedures, and post-discharge needs
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and supportive environment adhering to facility protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
