Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts, both days and nights available
- Self-scheduling with flexibility required
- Every-other weekend and every-other holiday rotation (with options for preferred weekend coverage)
- Minimal on-call duty
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
- Active RN license (Compact or KS license)
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS can be obtained after hire
- Open to entry-level candidates, including new graduates
- Professional drive, a positive attitude, and a caring approach prioritized
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care through skilled assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
