Soliant is hiring an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 26-week travel contract in Greensboro, NC. This unit is primarily Med Surg with telemetry capability and EKG requirements.

Quick Details

• Contract: 26 weeks
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Rotation required
• Setting: Primarily Med Surg with telemetry capability
• Ratio: Approximately 1:6
• Charge: May be required to work Charge RN shifts as needed
• Floating: Required as needed across Cone Health facilities

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• Recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Epic experience required
• Must be comfortable interpreting EKGs
• Must pass an EKG exam during onboarding
• Experience with blood product administration
• Peripheral IV care and IV starts
• Comfortable managing heparin, insulin and PCA infusions
• Familiar with rapid response protocols and isolation precautions

Important Contract Details

• This position is 26 weeks only
• A 13-week option is not available
• Travelers must be willing to float within scope across Cone Health facilities as needed
