Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple patient priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg environment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Monitor patient outcomes and promptly report changes in patient conditions
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery
