Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
  • Accurately monitor and document vital signs, ECG rhythms, and patient responses to interventions
  • Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies according to protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff
  • Actively participate in care planning, patient teaching, and discharge preparation
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, utilizing advanced clinical judgement
  • Uphold infection control procedures and hospital standards in all aspects of care
