Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient needs
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical floor
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and track progress
  • Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals for holistic care planning
  • Document observations, nursing interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
  • Educate patients and their families regarding care plans, treatments, and health management
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure proper interventions
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment
