Deliver patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical expertise in Hendersonville, TN. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and quality healthcare delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times while meeting the facility’s standards and protocols.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with Medical-Surgical experience.
• Travel Registered Nurse credentialing, with required certifications completed prior to start.
• Must be located 60 miles or greater from Hendersonville, TN to qualify as a traveler.
• Compliance with state requirements including Tennessee Abuse Registry clearance.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and provide compassionate care.
