Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Illinois or eligible for compact licensure
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• BLS certification (required); ACLS (preferred)
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt easily to new systems and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med-Surg patients, monitoring condition and reporting changes
• Contribute to care planning, interdisciplinary teamwork, and patient/family education
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and document in the EMR system
• Uphold infection control, patient safety, and clinical best practices
