Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights; 36 hours/week with overtime available)
• Self-scheduling for maximum flexibility—collaborate with colleagues to build your ideal work-life balance
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (or work every Saturday or Sunday—half of monthly weekend shifts)
• Every other holiday, rotated fairly
• Minimal on-call
• Floating to other units within your scope of practice as needed

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver evidence-based care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide safe, compassionate care that meets rigorous quality standards
• Support fellow staff and adapt to department needs, floating to other units when needed

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree with RN compact or Kansas license
• BLS certification (ACLS & PALS can be obtained after hire)
