Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) in Holland, MI

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in a medical-surgical (Med-Surg) nursing environment
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Strong clinical decision-making and organizational skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records and standard nursing documentation
• Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support); additional certifications a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education abilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses
• Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support personnel
• Provide thorough patient and family education and support throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in patient care planning and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Foster a safe, positive, and respectful environment for patients and team members

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
