Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS certification required; additional relevant certifications preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients on the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor and record patients’ conditions and progress, communicating changes to care teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Uphold safety and infection control guidelines at all times
