Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) nursing for a contract opportunity. Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Nurse license
• Demonstrated expertise in medical-surgical nursing
• Recent acute care experience preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on health management, discharge planning, and post-hospital care
• Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies
