Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a medical-surgical environment
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficient in comprehensive assessment, evidence-based care, and documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-centered care abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care across a range of medical-surgical diagnoses
• Administer medications and implement physician-ordered treatments safely and effectively
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and patients’ families to coordinate well-rounded care
• Conduct thorough admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide effective interventions
