• Current certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support); additional certifications a plus

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Night shift coverage

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a med-surg unit, including assessment, medication administration, care coordination, and documentation
• Implement physician orders and nursing care plans with precision and attention to safety
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and allied health team members
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and intervene promptly as needed
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care, treatment plans, and discharge preparations
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with hospital policy and infection control standards
