Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Inez, KY

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hours (19:00 – 07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Float within scope of practice as needed
• Standard schedule: 36/48 hours over a two-week pay period

Qualifications:

• Valid KY or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele nursing experience
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• AHA BLS & AHA ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Ability to float to related units as needed
• Must reside at least 75 miles from location
• Current driver’s license necessary for submission

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care on a Med Surg/Tele unit, managing a 1:5/1:6 patient ratio
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatments using Meditech EMR
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to census changes and unit needs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Safely float within your scope of practice as required
