Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records and patient monitoring systems
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses
• Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement physician-ordered interventions
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient education and discharge planning to support successful recovery
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Observe strict infection control and safety protocols
