Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records and patient monitoring systems
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses
- Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement physician-ordered interventions
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to coordinate patient care
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to support successful recovery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and respond promptly to changes in patient status

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
