Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications; if not already obtained, a booked course is required for Clinical Orientation
• De-escalation training (active or scheduled prior to contract start)
• Strong team and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate patient care
• Leadership and delegation experience preferred
