Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours per week
• Night shifts: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required (Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night)
• No call requirements
• May float as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state specific or compact)
• Minimum one year recent experience in Med-Surg/Oncology setting
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Experience with chemotherapy administration preferred
• BLS certification required; other oncology/nursing certifications a plus
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology and med-surg patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and responses
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy (where credentialed)
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes
