Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am
• 36 hours/week
• 13-week assignment
• Every other Friday/Saturday night OR Saturday/Sunday night
• No call required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification (other certifications a plus)
• Strong organizational and assessment abilities
• Adaptable to floating within similar units as needed
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to oncology and medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and document patient progress and interventions
• Efficiently coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient status
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
