Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts as aligned with facility needs
• Floating within designated regional hospitals, mid-shift travel time compensated

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months' recent MedSurg/Tele RN experience
• Willingness to float as needed within the local region
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), and comprehensive medical/surgical skillset including IV starts, wound care, and care of patients with tubes/drains
• At least 6 months’ recent EPIC electronic medical record experience (please specify length in application)
• Open to first-time travelers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and clinical assessments for up to 6 patients (up to 8 during surges)
• Collaborate with charge nurses, tele techs, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate charting and utilize EPIC EMR
• Float to sister facilities as required
