This assignment involves caring for patients in a dynamic med-surg unit with 45 beds, including 28 telemetry beds. The unit enjoys advanced support with virtual nurse assistance available hospital-wide, promoting an innovative and collaborative environment. Manage patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 and further refine your patient care expertise—an invaluable experience for aspiring nursing leaders.

Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Every other holiday (EOH)

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Prior experience in a med-surg or telemetry setting preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with virtual nurse technology is a plus
• Ability to adapt to varying patient acuity and team workflows
