Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
  • Support patient education and discharge planning

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with Medical-Surgical specialization
  • Prior experience as an RN in a Medical-Surgical unit
  • Proficiency in electronic health records; knowledge of EPIC is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a variety of floor assignments
  • Candidate profile must include a comprehensive work history or resume with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
