Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple openings available across several medical-surgical floors
• 12B Medical floor assignment
• 13-week contract opportunity

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system (must be noted in your profile)
• No requests for time off (RTO) accepted during assignment
• Comprehensive resume or work history with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care for a range of medical-surgical diagnoses
• Perform thorough assessments, implement physician-ordered treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Administer medications and therapies according to established protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and peers to enhance patient outcomes
• Document all interventions and patient activities accurately using EPIC EMR
• Support patients and families with clear communication and empathetic care
