Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Lawrenceville, GA

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel role for 13 weeks
• Varied floors and shifts based on unit assignment

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in Medical-Surgical settings
• Demonstrated skills in Med-Surg nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (required)
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment capabilities
• Able to provide a work history/resume free of employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Flexible to rotate across different Med-Surg units
• No requested time off (RTO) during the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care to patients on various med-surg floors
• Monitor vital signs, implement physician orders, and document in EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to evidence-based practice and safety protocols
• Participate in care planning, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
