Requirements and Skills:

• Active RN license with prior experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (must be noted in your profile)
• Solid employment history; resume must reflect no employment gaps longer than 60 days
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Adaptable and skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations
• Ready to start without any planned time off (NO RTO permitted during assignment)

Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple openings across various medical-surgical units
• 12-hour shifts on 12B Medical floor and others as assigned
• A total of 13 weeks with consistent weekly scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting
• Document all care in EPIC, adhering to accuracy, privacy, and timeliness standards
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, prioritizing safety and effective intervention
• Administer medications and perform treatments per provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-discharge instructions
