Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • BLS certification required (additional certifications preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to change
  • Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based bedside care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical diagnoses
  • Monitor patient conditions, recognize deterioration, and respond promptly to changes
  • Administer medications, start IV lines, and perform treatments as ordered
  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
  • Facilitate a safe patient environment by adhering to established protocols and infection control guidelines
  • Participate in daily rounds, handoffs, and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care

$1,871 - $2,046/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
