Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Med-Surg nursing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and complete necessary documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize care
• Educate patients and families on condition management and discharge planning
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
