Expand your professional portfolio by working alongside a team of 40 skilled healthcare professionals in a modern 44-bed medical-surgical unit. A robust orientation—including a week of general onboarding and EMR training, plus two days of floor-specific guidance—ensures seamless integration. The flexibility to float across acute care and cardiac units builds your adaptability, preparing you for higher levels of responsibility and enhancing your clinical expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 6:45 am-7:15 pm or 6:45 pm-7:15 am
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical experience plus at least 1 completed travel assignment
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications (AHA required)
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred, but not required
• Comfort managing 1:5-1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Willingness to float to various acute and cardiac care areas
• Evidence of excellent teamwork and communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate efficiently with CNAs (ratios: 1:8 or 1:10) and unit leaders
• Utilize Meditech for documentation and care planning (training provided)
• Respond calmly in high-pressure situations and adapt to various units as needed
• Exhibit professionalism in communication and practice

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
