Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and charting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult patients with a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Monitor for changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergent situations
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Document all patient interactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Uphold infection control procedures and safety protocols

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
