Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) | Lexington, North Carolina

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with 2+ years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (NIHSS, CPI for behavioral health may be earned on-site)
• Experience in direct and indirect patient care, strong communication skills, and comfort with units serving diverse patient populations
• Ability to manage moderate to high acuity and read telemetry strips
• Proficiency in chest tubes, trachs, IV starts, drain/tube care, and PCA/medication drips

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care across both general medicine and behavioral health units
• Interpret telemetry strips and manage complex medication protocols
• Collaborate with the care team and contribute to a culture of safety and reliability
• Float as needed to other med-surg units
