Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts (6:45PM - 7:15AM)
- Variable days of the week
- Four weekend shifts per six-week schedule block
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care in the Medical-Surgical unit to a broad spectrum of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adapting to multiple workflow styles
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through vigilant monitoring and communication
- Maintain documentation and follow all hospital procedures
- Prepare to float to various units as needed (excluding Telemetry)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or Compact state
- BLS certification required at submission
- Minimum 2 years recent MS nursing experience strongly preferred
- ACLS certification preferred, but not required
- Willingness to attend mandatory orientation and help during holiday periods
- Commitment to professional standards and flexibility to adapt within a dynamic setting
