Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent nursing care and perform delegated medical tasks per Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Gather and assess ongoing health data to inform care decisions
• Educate patients and families through health teaching and counseling
• Administer supportive and restorative therapies directly or through supervision and delegation
• Carry out delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation/treatment as needed
• Review, monitor, and document treatment plans according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Utilize resources effectively to promote high-quality patient care
• Uphold the facility’s mission, vision, and core values
• Adapt to departmental needs, including floating or being on-call as required

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in CO
• Experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing preferred
