• Current BLS certification; ACLS is a plus

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to a diverse adult inpatient population, prioritizing zero harm and patient safety
• Manage and monitor pain with a patient-centered approach, documenting interventions and outcomes
• Participate in proactive rounding and engage in bedside patient hand-off to promote seamless communication and exceptional care transitions
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Adhere to all protocols, procedures, and compliance standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expectations, and post-discharge care
