Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid, current RN license, with eligibility to practice
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing strongly preferred

• Adept at IV initiation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform routine and complex clinical procedures in a Med Surg environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
