Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) nursing role
• Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and medication administration
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and varied patient acuity
• Current BLS certification (other certifications may be required depending on unit needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to a broad range of adult patients, supporting their recovery and well-being
• Develop, update, and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform therapeutic interventions in line with physician orders
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate comprehensive care
• Monitor and document patient progress, promptly identifying and addressing changes in status
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
