Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience on a Medical-Surgical unit
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member
• BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to a diverse population of medical-surgical patients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and complete necessary treatments according to physician orders
• Educate patients and families on clinical procedures, disease management, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Effectively respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient status

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
