Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Manage medication administration and monitor for potential side effects
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and assist with diagnostic procedures as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Deliver education to patients and families regarding diagnoses and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely records reflecting all aspects of patient care
• Uphold infection control protocols and patient safety regulations at all times
