Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR)
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary staff, and families for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, interventions, and post-discharge care
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
