Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position offering flexible scheduling

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active RN license
• Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable managing patient care across diverse age groups and medical conditions
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Ability to document accurately and efficiently within electronic health records
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients, closely monitoring conditions and implementing physician orders
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for therapeutic effects or adverse reactions
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on procedures, post-discharge care, and health maintenance
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital protocols
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient status and nursing interventions
