Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Mandan, ND

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (such as ACLS) are a plus
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient progress
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans
