Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Mandan, ND

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IVs
• Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, procedures, and continuing care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other nurses to ensure comprehensive care
