Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Med-Surg RN experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Adaptability to fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med-Surg patients across a range of conditions
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, identifying changes and updating interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform relevant procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan and implement quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all best practice standards, safety protocols, and compliance guidelines
