Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a Med Surg or Medical-Surgical unit
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a wide variety of patient conditions
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, monitoring conditions, administering medications, and updating care plans based on patient response
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary health care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
